Featuring Portrait Photographer Natalia Ciobanu

Natalia is a 25 years old photographer from Kishinev, Moldova. Her work has been featured in many popular photography magazines like “Amateur Photographer”, “In Style”, “Fotoblur Magazine” and has won many photography competitions, recently she got third prize for her image “The Mist” in Nikon Photo Contest 2012-2013 in the single photo category.

She started her photography journey soon when she got a gift from her grandparents together with her parents which was Canon Power Shot A540 with the help of that camera she manages to won many photography competitions amongst professional photographers. In the year 2009, she bought Canon Rebel XTi (400d) which really surprised many Photogs when they came to know how she managed to take so many magnificent photographs with such a lower specification camera than theirs.

On a very early stage she learned that it’s the idea and the hands of a photographer which counts the most than sharpness and other technical characteristics in the art of photography.

In the year 2011, she bought Canon 60D with a single purpose – the desire to direct videos. Other than photography she studies Marketology, loves traveling, got trained in biathlon, clothes design, dancing, and different kinds of sports and even took vocal lessons.
